Terms of Service

By requesting a commission, you confirm and accept my terms of service. Please make sure to have read the following information prior to this to ensure you understand your rights, along with mine.1. GENERAL TERMSARTWORK BOUNDARIES
- I draw: OC’s, furries, creatures & monsters, complex designs, and pre-existing characters from most media!
- I will NOT draw: All forms of NSFW, and any artwork that involves political/hateful messeges.- Starting 2025, I will be using the slots system to avoid taking on more work than I should! 4 main slots will be opened every cycle, and the rest will be placed in a wait list.- Those in the wait list will be placed as priority when slots open up again if there's still an interest in said commission.- All final artwork will include a small watermark which cannot be removed.- I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.2. PAYMENT
- Currency accepted is USD and will be paid through Paypal as an emailed invoice.
- With commissions, I ask for 100% of the payment after the sketch has been shown and approved!
- If there's any genuine questions/concerns involving payment, I would be happy to accommodate!3. PROCESS AND DELIVERY
- I will notify you when I have started on your commission! You are more than welcomed to ask for updates!
- While I'm working on your commission, I will make reviews with you to make sure it's up to your liking!
- During the reviews, you will see work-in-progress images, which will usually include a watermark.
- The time it takes to finish your commission varies from a few days up to a month depending on factors such as busy life schedule and health issues.
- Once the piece is finished, you will receive the full-resolution image through any preferred method.4. REVISIONS
- Revisions will be done during the sketch stage before the final coloring/rendering. Please reach out for any changes you want during these revisions- I’ll be happy to make the adjustments!
- I will allow a chance to ask for minor changes when the commission is complete free of charge!5. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
The buyer is allowed to:
- Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc. with credit).
- Print the artwork for personal use.
- Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings with credit. This can include video assets, thumbnails, end cards, profile picture, banner, etc.The following is considered copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.
- Claiming the artwork as your own.
- Removing my signature from the artwork.
- Altering the artwork without my consent.
- Using the artwork for AI and NFT purposes.I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (Rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time).6. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
- My goal with each commission is for it to be exactly how you want it! - If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece, please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.7. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
- The buyer is not allowed a refund once payment has been processed and the sketch has been approved.
- If for any reason I am unable to finish your commission, you will receive a full refund.
- If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
- If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund, you will lose all rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. You will also be blacklisted from commissioning me again.
- If the buyer breaks any of the points stated above, they will lose all rights to the artwork commissioned and I will have the right to use the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit.-If you have a problem with any of these statements, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying your commissioned piece.
